For a blue Temple vein what treatment is the permanent solution? Microphlebectomies? Sclerotherapy? Or External Yag Laser?

Temple veins can be treated with combination microphlebectomy or sclerotherapy. The down side to microphlebectomy is very tiny scars. Down side to sclerotherapy is need for repeat treatments and hemosiderin staining. Microphlebectomy would cost about $2000. Touch up procedures will cost extra.
