For a blue Temple vein what treatment is the permanent solution? Microphlebectomies? Sclerotherapy? Or External Yag Laser? The dilated vein is about 3mm thick on my temple. With Sclerotherapy, or External Yag Laser, Do the same veins return after a number of years? With Microphlebectomies, do new veins tend to grow back in?

Answer: Los Angeles vein expert for vein removal of the temples
This requires microphlebectomy as it large sized. Two or three tiny puncture wounds and no down time except bruising.
This is cosmetic and will cost 3500 - 4000 USD in Upstate NY and approximately $7000 in Los Angeles (includes facility fee).

Venous lakes or hemangiomas on the lips can easily be treated with a topical laser. I have used a 940 diode laser with great success for these kinds of problems.
