You still have swelling from your touch-up which will resolve in 1-2 weeks. It's difficult to tell from your picture, but I recommend following up with your injector about the lump. If necessary, this can be reversed with hyaluronidase and/or treated with antibiotics. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thankyou for your question , the degree of swelling is unusual and the pus indicates infection .
You definitely need to see a doctor who is aware how to treat such complications and commence antibiotics with a view to dissolving the filler after such time as the infection is under some degree of control as dissolving the filler too soon may worsen the infection

Thanks for your question. Your pictures are not encouraging as this does not look like normal post injection swelling. You should not have pus coming from the area and  you should not have hard lumps. This suggests either infection or a granuloma reaction to the filler. You should have this treated ASAP. Treatment usually includes hyaluronidase to break down the lump and possibly the use of antibiotics if there is infection (which it sounds like there could be). I would suggest that you do not put this off. Hope this helps.
