Can Hylenex cause deep pimples at injection site and/or congeal under the skin vs spread out?

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your side effects.  Hylenex only dissolves the synthetic hyaluronic acid found in Restylane and none of your natural tissue.  Though photographs would offer a more definite diagnosis it sounds as if you may have had a vascular occlusion with your filler that caused the pimples and blistering.  With appropriate treatment - hyaluronidase, aspirin, cold compresses, antibiotics - this tends to heal without significant sequelae.  Talk to and voice your concerns to your injector.
