Based on these limited photos, you seem to be candidate for rhinoplasty, nose surgery; refinement of the tip and dorsum will significantly improve the appearance of the nose and balance of the entire face. What type of procedure on your nose would be appropriate you appear to have a nose with a small dorsal hump and slightly bulbous tip. The right nostril appears a tiny bit larger than the left. These are issues that are dealt with in a traditional standard rhinoplasty.
