What type of procedure on your nose would be appropriate you appear to have a nose with a small dorsal hump and slightly bulbous tip. The right nostril appears a tiny bit larger than the left. These are issues that are dealt with in a traditional standard rhinoplasty.

Good question. Yes the upper bridge can be straightened a bit. Where it is over on your right it can be moved over to the left by way of high transverse and radix osteotomies. In addition septoplasty and unilateral spreader grafts will help straighten the tip and midvault respectively
