What type of procedure on your nose would be appropriate you appear to have a nose with a small dorsal hump and slightly bulbous tip. The right nostril appears a tiny bit larger than the left. These are issues that are dealt with in a traditional standard rhinoplasty.

Based on these limited photos, you seem to be candidate for rhinoplasty, nose surgery; refinement of the tip and dorsum will significantly improve the appearance of the nose and balance of the entire face.
