Thanks for your question! Microdermabrasion is great for fine/lines wrinkles, acne scarring and overall skin appearance. I think you would benefit best from combining microdermabrasion with microneedling. The microneedling will help heal the scars from the base up by producing collagen and works great for deeper acne scars. Best of luck!
