Which is best: Restylane Refyne vs. Boltero Filler for smoker's lines?

Although filling the lines can be beneficial, erbium laser resurfacing is a far better choice. The laser improves the appearance of the lines much better and lasts longer. Thank you for your question! In regards to smoker's lines, these appear due to the facial expression of pursing your lips. You should start by doing botox for the upper lip to prevent any lines from getting worse. In terms of filler, belotero really lasts around 3 months so if you are looking for longevity I wouldn't choose this product. Vollure and Volbella are great options for around the mouth and will last you closer to one year. Hope this helps!

Any of those will work nicely in the right hands. The Refyne will last a bit longer but in areas where there is more movement you will process a bit faster. No filler in that area will last a year!
