Should take just a couple of days. Biafine, a skin emulsion cream, can be helpful in  dispersing the bruising quicker. I’m sure you’re self conscious about the bruise, but if you have on a nice colored lip gloss or lipstick, I think most people will be distracted by how good your lips look, and not see the bruising at all.
