Do I have lipedema? (Photos)

I am a 19 yr old female and am curious if I seem to have lipedema. In the past few months my thighs occasionally get a little sensations through them which I am assuming is because of dehydration (I am currently on Spironolactone for PCOS). No one in my family has had lipedema from what I know and have been told. My thighs have always been fuller, I lost weight last year (2nd lost a lot from my legs but I became underweight and have been gaining the weight back slightly (i lost 20 ibs total). I guess I bruise kinda easy but thats how I have always been lol.

Lipedema can not be diagnosed by looking at photos.  Lipedema is diagnosed by the presence of specific symptoms, and history consistent with it, and the presence of multiple physical signs on exam. 
Looking at your photos, I do not appreciate any sign of cuffs or disproportionate shape that would be consistent with lipedema.  In summary I do not suspect you have lipedema but only a proper exam with a physician experienced in diagnosing lipedema could be sure.

You absolutely do not have the edema.
You have normal attractive thighs and legs and should not have any surgical intervention.
From the pictures you’ve shown at your body is normal, attractive and appropriate.
The issue may be more supratentorial.
