Hello, I am 110 pounds (BMI 20.8) and will be getting HIGH volume liposuction to my legs (6, 7, 8, 10 liters?) This will require an overnight stay. How can I combat hypotensive episodes in the weeks following liposuction other than stay hydrated? World salt tablets be recommended? I’m afraid my BP will tank with so many liters removed so I want to make sure I don’t pass out. I have lipedema for reference. Thank you.
