Hello, I am not sure if i have lipedema or just "stubborn" fat but for all my life my knees and calves/ankles had a swollen look. I am looking to improve the appearance of my legs, mostly focusing on my knees. I am a 27 y.o, 162cm, 50kg with no kids. Would liposuction help? Is it perhaps an "overkill"? What are the alternatives?
