I got 550 saline implants one in which I have grade two cc . It has always been somewhat hard but still looks natural I am 6 months post op and I notice it feels a little harder than before could it be getting worst it can it be because I am starting my period my other boob also feels a little harder than before but the one with cc I can tell is harder than before I noticed it had cc 1 month post op . Should I have surgery to remove scar tissue even tho it looks good ?

Your surgeon fit your bra after surgery but swelling or other factors may have made it too tight now. It shouldn't be as uncomfortable as you have described. Please call your surgeon and discuss this
