I need to get a pre-op physical and blood work for an upcoming rhinoplasty procedure. It will help correct my deviated septum too but I am getting the surgery more for cosmetic reasons. When I go to my general doctor for the physical and blood work, am I expected to pay out of pocket for that or will my insurance cover it? They normally cover things like this but I don't want to go in and have insurance pay for it and find out that it was like fraud since it's for cosmetic surgery. Thanks!
