Small lump/bump after Rhinoplasty (photo)

It appears that you are concerned with the fullness at the keystone area (transition point where the nasal bones above meet the upper lateral cartilages below). In the first month postop, the keystone area can appear full or as though there is a little bump there. In some cases, it is just more swollen and in other cases, it is thought that there is an inflammatory reaction of the lining of the nasal bones (periosteal reaction). Massage of this area several times per day can help to encourage swelling to resolve but can also help break up scar tissue that may form secondary to the periosteal reaction. It is best that you discuss your concerns with your surgery and see if they would recommend massaging or just leaving it along.
