There are several options for a drooping nasal tip. Botox can often be an effective 3-4 months solution for what is referred to as a dynamic tip. The muscle that causes the droop can also be divided or partially removed with a short surgical procedure. This can be performed with a more extensive rhinoplasty or as a stand-along procedure.
