I would like to know how much a nose job would cost and how long It'd take to heal?

I have a deviated septum that is causing breathing problems and am looking into getting surgery to remedy the situation.

A long nose is the result of a large hump resection and lack of tip support. This can occur after an open rhinoplasty when the supporting adhesions are released. Your nasolabial angle ( upper lip to horizontal part of your lower nose is too acute in my aesthetic oppinion. This can be corrected...

It is impossible to say more without reviewing pictures.  I can say that swelling is the rule at 6 days, and continued follow up with your plastic surgeon is your best bet.

Its hard to say without an exam, but some areas of minor pink and pinpoint crusting from dry blood are norma after rhinoplasty.  Stay the course and follow the instructions of your plastic surgeon.
