Your nose can be thinned and refined but the thickness of the skin cannot be changed. Having said that see a rhinoplasty expert because your nose can be improved.

Its hard to say without an exam, but some areas of minor pink and pinpoint crusting from dry blood are norma after rhinoplasty.  Stay the course and follow the instructions of your plastic surgeon.
