What is the safest way to attempt to remove injected bio gel in the buttocks?

In my experience, it is not safe to remove free injections of material in the body.  The initial removal process can start a infection of all the material injected in your body.  Please spread the word, that injections of this nature are unsafe.  

First are you sure you had biogel injected? many times it is impossible to know what a lay person non medical injected into the buttocks.One need a CT scan to see the material injected, where it is and how diffuse.
