Please note I have tried micro needling, Mederma PM Scar gel and Scar away silicone gel. At this point I really need some adicional on what I can do next. (I am also 2 years post-op)

Assuming proper design and meticulous closure of the incision, scar resurfacing procedures like dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, and RF microneedling may be considered in addition to standard microneedling. Different providers will have different degrees of experience and success in applying these modalities to improve the appearance of your scars.

Alarplasty scars can be improved with the use of certain safe lasers like Resurfx. If not available then you can easily find Microneedling nearby where you live. Also, use Silicone gel to massage it every day.
