Answer: Keloid removals start at $900 for small keloids. Follow up care would be injection therapy to reduce occurrence rate.
Depending on how stuck it is, removal may be performed in your surgeon’s office under local anesthetic. The cost would vary. In Toronto ON where my practice is located, this procedure may be covered under OHIP.
Attaching the ear to the face will result in an appearance called a smeared ear and is not attractive. I suggest you wait the 12 months and reassess things. I would not recommend eliminating the gap between the ear and the face.
