Is there still hope for improvement after my botched earlobe reduction? (Photo)

I have a small gap between my face and the start of the earlobes on both sides. I also ended up with 2 different looking earlobes. He cut off too much on the left side (4 mm difference). He corrected some of the asymmetry by injecting filler 8 weeks PO in both earlobes. He suggested revision surgery after 6-12 months to connect the earlobes to the face. To make up for the volume difference he suggested lipofilling. I’d like to know if and what my options are.
