I had a 35 year old chin implant replaced. The " wings" became detached on tbe sides and I could see it. The dr replaced it with a size small implant but it looks huge! I have a very slim face, 61 y/o. It is pointy and long. Wondering why it looks huge and what to do. ( lips are larger in " after" picfures from lip lift)
