Chin implant too large - how can this be improved? (Photos)

It is difficult to determine the best course of treatment without an in-office visit. There are several treatment options, including removal of the current implant. There appears to be an asymmetry and the soft tissue pad appears thick. A shallow mentolabial fold sometimes indicates that the chin is short in the vertical dimension.

If all of your swelling is dissipated, then you are looking at a final result. It is difficult to tell from your cropped photos if it is indeed too large, however, if you really don't like it, sometimes it's best to have it removed and to wait for 6 months to replace it with a more appropriate size. I think it would be important to know the exact type of chin implant that was placed, since the dimensions can be found on the manufacturer's website.
