Question

Basically I don't mind my profile from the front. (I'll include pics). I've always hated my nose and wanted a rhinoplasty but looking at my profile I feel as if it wouldn't fix the ugliness of my profile. I feel as if my chin and forehead look extremely not attractive as well. I was looking for advice on what procedures I should get done. My confidence is so bad I barely leave the house except for work. I'm also a bit nervous about a procedure because what if I don't like it, I need advice!

A rhinoplasty would correct the minor asymmetries of your nose which could be balanced by giving you a fuller better projecting chin with either a small implant or a sliding genioplasty in which the chin bone is actually cut, advanced forward and then plated.

Consider a rhinoplasty procedure to accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip, and narrowing the bridge line. A small chin implant may be of some benefit to augment the chin forward to help with facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to the forehead and the nose.
