Is there a way to make my midface shorter? Considering chin reduction and sliding osteotomy. Advice? (photo)

My face is very long and I’m considering chin reduction and a sliding osteotomy(?) but I think the problem lies more within my mid face than lower face. Is there something that can be done to make that smaller as well ?

It is difficult to make any suggestions with only a frontal picture. It is not a commonly performed procedure to shorten the midface. There are alot of potential issues with doing this. Without a side view it is difficult to comment on the other procedures. I would suggest meeting with a few surgeons to discuss your concerns and learn about treatment options.

The midface is not a facial area that can be shortened like the perimeter areas of the forehead or chin. A subnasal lip lift can help but the actual vertical length of the bone can not be changed.
