Hello doctors, I had a gyne surgery 19 months ago (Tumescent Lipo + gland excision). Pre-surgery my right side has more enlargement than left. But I had noticed right after surgery my chest is flat on both sides. But after few months i had noticed again my right chest is looking bigger than left without Gyne look. I feel my surgeon performed too much liposuction and gland excision on left side and there is skin depression below areola.  Thanks

It is hard to tell by the photos, but a mammogram "might" show the discrepancy between the right and left breast.
If indeed there is too much a depression on the left, then an autologous fat grafting procedure can equalize the right and left breast. Good luck!

Good evening and  thank you for your question, you have a beautiful asymmetry on the chest and it is very easily correctable so I don't think there is any reason to worry or panic. You will need one or two sessions of fat grafting to correct that  asymmetry and to be perfectly normal. So it just require a little bit of patience on your end and you can please go back to your own plastic surgeon and I am sure he will be able to handle it very easily.Best Regards,Dr. Amit Gupta
