I lost a ton of volume in my face. You can see the wrinkles on my jawline and cheek and that is while looking straight forward. Would fillers even make a dent? My cheeks are so sunken as well as my cheeks. I'm 34

The lines on your face are partially caused by volume loss and fillers will definitely help. You could also benefit from treatment on the skin texture and tone. Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. You could definitely benefit from facial fillers for the volume loss  I would recommend Sculptra for longer term results. You could also try Restylane Lyft or Juvaderm Voluma  for volume replacement  
Microneedling Radiofrequency called Morpheus 8 is a good choice for skin tightening and fine line/ wrinkle reduction  is beneficial too

Hi, it  is difficult from the photos above to fully access the volume loss you are concerned about. I think you need to see a qualified and experienced physician for one to one assessment of any life style changes that might be aggravating your problem. Only a  face to face consult can access skin tone, texture, uneven pigment, facial symmetry and volume loss. There are lots of really successful treatments with fillers for both cheek filling and jawline contouring that can help, combined with resurfacing treatments and collagen boosters. Really important to get an appointment with an expert.

      I would need to see a full facial photo to more accurately help you. I would recommend consulting with a professional about this. That being said, filler can definitely address hollowing both in the cheek and temples. You are very young to be doing any type of surgery. For the lower face wrinkling and sagging, I would recommend non-invasive procedures. Filler is fantastic for lifting and filling, but will not address the skin itself. I would recommend a combination of procedures to lift, tighten, and smooth. Halo or microneedling are fantastic for stimulating collagen on a surface level and addressing pores, texture, fine lines, and some sun damage. From there I would also recommend Ultherapy or Exilis Ultra to tighten and lift the deeper collagen layers. I hope this helps.

Based on the photos, I think you would benefit from Sculptra treatment to the "facial frame" which includes the temples, preauricular (front of ear) region, and posterior jawline. Sculptra is a collagen stimulating filler and one of my go to fillers for facial volume loss.

Skin tightening with laser treatments would help with fine lines and wrinkles and help with overall skin texture for the lower face.
