What causes cheeks to look too big when I smile and deep smile lines? What can be done to fix this?

When I smile my cheeks get so round it’s like there is a ball under them, and the smile lines get so deep. What is the cause for this structurally or soft tissue? I just feel something looks “off” and am curious what the cause is and what can be done to fix it?
