I just am curious and looking for ways to "tone" my face muscles. I don't think I need to lose much weight (for my face) because I am already pretty skinny of a person. But sometimes I notice in pictures and such that my cheek area when I smile, I wish was more defined when I smiled. When I got to researching, facial exercises to tighten the skin kept popping up! So I was wondering if these would have any benefit to what I am hoping for?
