It is impossible to give you good advice based on these photos. In person evaluation would help for more accurate plan of treatment. In general, augmentation with filler would be the safest first step. If you find to like the result, brow augmentation can be achieved with permanent filler possibly implant. Good luck.

It is possible to augment the brow. A simple first start to get the look you are hoping for could involve placing filler. Alternatively, if you know how much projection you are looking for, a custom implant or the use of other permanent bony augmentation materials could help achieve your goal.

An implant in that area to make the brow more prominent would be overkill.  A filler can be done in the office and have a noticeable change immediately.  The cost would be less, no incisions and it could last up to 2 years.
