Will losing weight affect my cheek implants? (Photo)

About a month ago I had some fairly large cheek implants implanted into my cheeks and soon I'll have to lose weight for a small movie role. I will not only lose body fat, but also muscle mass. Will this significantly affect the way my cheeks look? I really don't want it to look fake.
