Will losing weight affect my cheek implants? (Photo)

About a month ago I had some fairly large cheek implants implanted into my cheeks and soon I'll have to lose weight for a small movie role. I will not only lose body fat, but also muscle mass. Will this significantly affect the way my cheeks look? I really don't want it to look fake.

In our practice this procedure is done in twilight or local anesthesia in particular when it involves replacement of implants. Unfortunately, in twilight anesthesia it is very hard to count on patient cooperation and input regarding the size and position of implant due to swelling and sedation....
