Will losing weight affect my cheek implants? (Photo)

About a month ago I had some fairly large cheek implants implanted into my cheeks and soon I'll have to lose weight for a small movie role. I will not only lose body fat, but also muscle mass. Will this significantly affect the way my cheeks look? I really don't want it to look fake.

What you are seeking are specially designed cheek implants that ether back along the zygomatic arch. Such implants are not standard and are made custom for each patient. With the proper design the effects you seek can be largely obtained in a thinner face like yours.
