I'm 24 years old. How can I grow a full beard? (Photo)

Only small hairs are growing on my farce but not full. As like in bellow images.. I have hair follicles but its not growing properly...yyyy????? Wt is reason....???? Plz give me the solution to make grow beard.....

Generally its fine to trim hair about two weeks after the transplant. Really as long as all the scabs are washed off it shouldn't be an issue, but you should ask your doctor if that's okay, just in case.

We need to evaluate if you never had beard or moustache in those areas is more likely that because of your genetic predisposition you are not going to have it. The only permanent option is the hair transplant to those areas. Is permanent and you have amazing donor area so if you really want that...

This is the type of question you should be asking your doctor. Red spots?  Growth usually is 4-6 months. Go see your doctor and ask about the red spots

You should make an appointment to see the physician who performed your bear transplant. You possibly have folliculitis that can be treated using oral antibiotics or topical meds. If you cannot get back to the transplant surgeon, then definitely make an appointment to see a dermatologist.

Follow up with your doctor if you are concerned about your scarring or "marks".  It may or may not be permanent.   It may take several more months for it to fade.
