Can I shave after getting the beard transplant done?

After getting the beard transplantation done, by any chance can we have a clean shave because, there will be occasions where we need to be well groomed. If we get shaved, will we get the beard back like normal where our hair grow after having a hair cut or shaving our head bald. Please help with an answer. Thank you.
