How to remove lipoma without surgery?

I'm 40 year old. I have lipoma all over body .they are not growing and shown to many doctors but they are saying no to bother. I have big lipoma on back and hand region.But small lipomas spread all over tummy.few of them hurts when pressed lightly.recommendation for removal by non-surgical treatment

Lipomas are benign fatty tumors that occur under the skin and less commonly within the muscle. They are associated with mild discomfort and a lump underneath the skin. It is always best to talk to an expert plastic surgeon to determine whether the lipoma is possibly a cyst or a tumor or hernia. We would have to remove the lipoma to be sure that it is not something else and we usually do this by sending it to a pathologist for evaluation. If a lipoma is painful, then an exam is needed to make sure it is not compressing on a nerve or whether the diagnosis is different. Aftercare for a lipoma includes gentle compression and Plato’s Scar Serum twice daily on the wound.

Thank you for sharing your question.  The only non-surgical method of improving upon a lipoma's appearance is through injections of Kybella, a compound derived from bile acid that dissolves the fat contained within the lipoma.  This is an off-label use of the compound and must be used with caution.  Hope this helps.

The majority of people have 0 - 2 lipomas, but some people have multiple.The most I have removed at one time was 531! There is a syndrome in which some people make dozens of lipomas. We are not sure why and there are no associated health issues in these patients. I generally recommend that those individuals with multiple lipomas consider removing only the ones that bother them as they are likely to make more. There are no medicines or dietary changes that prevent lipomas and the only injectable option that may work to dissolve the fatty tumors is Kybella- expensive and currently only approved for submental (underchin) fatty deposits. There are no studies on the use of the amount of Kybella you would need to dissolve all of your masses (safety or effectiveness). I recommend you consult a surgeon experienced in removing multiple lipomas with cosmetically favorable incisions and proceed in resecting only those that are growing or bothering you.Liposuction is ineffective.
