The cost of a rhinoplasty is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure under anesthesia, the amount of time to perform the procedure in an operating room, the cost of any implants, and the surgeon's professional fee for performing the rhinoplasty along with all of the postoperative followup appointments.
