We have found PRP to be effective in younger age individuals. The protocol that has been proven in studies (Hausauer) includes three monthly treatments followed by treating every 3 to 4 months. We utilize my sub dermal Depo injection technique. This was also verified by her study. The addition of finasteride, topical or oral minoxidil, nutraceuticals and low level laser is an option. Since we are treating a genetic disease, the plan is to regrow hair and keep your follicles alive until a better treatment program emerges. Find a PRP expert, ask to see photos.
Hi Kumarsahoo, Initially topical minoxidil can be prescribed. Later microneedling and PRP can be combined. Meet an expert

Hello, we have performed PRP for hair loss for over 6 years now with over 1k cases done. We highly recommend a protocol of 3-9 treatments done one month apart. Each session should should improvement until the goal is met. Also, adding on a product such as A-Cell is highly recommended as well as decreasing the original signal of DHT to help stop future loss. We often combine propecia with this plan.
PRP an help regain recently lost hair. There is no one set protocol; I typically do four injections two months apart, the two a year after that. I would suggest a consult with a local hair restoration expert to discuss the pros and cons of PRP, and also to discuss use of laser, minoxidil (Rogaine) and finasteride (Propecia), and come up with a plan that works for you. All of these modalities need to be used continuously, or until you no longer care about having hair.
