I have had 9 PRP treatments in the past 4 years. It has worked for me well helping me to maintain my hair. In 2017 I was expecting a baby and stopped PRP and minoxidil application. Now after having the baby at 3 months my hair is shedding a lot. I asked my doctor who recommended I do 3 PRP sessions each one month apart starting from next month. My question is is it ok to do PRP while the postpartum shedding is present ? is it too soon to start PRP or is this the right time before its noticeable.
