I am looking for fat transfer for my left side lower outer portion of pec to get a symmetrical look because my right hand side of pec is rectangular whereas left pec is somewhat triangular from outer portion. Please Kindly suggest with details if the results will be permanent and will I be able to do weight training and increase pec sizes in symmetrical shapes?
