I currently eat a high protein diet. Images are attached showing a typical day’s nutrition estimates from MyFitnessPal. Is this a good diet for a female, 5’4”, 120lbs who is preparing for and will be healing from a breast fat transfer operation? If not, what might be more ideal? When might be the best time to transition to a different diet, relative to the surgery date? (I have months to prepare for surgery.)

If the lump is the result of swelling, seroma, or hematoma, it should resolve quickly. If the lump is fat necrosis or viable fat that becomes discrete and remains palpable, it may require further treatment like aspiration or removal.
