Is A cell + PRP a good option to treat diffuse thinning?

Without photos and further information(e.g. your age) it is difficult to fully answer your question.However,with diffuse thinning PRP might be a good option to consider before undergoing HT.I would recommend a consultation with an experienced Hair Restoration surgeon to determine the treatment plan most appropriate for you.

PRP is an excellent adjunct for hair loss a long with Minoxidil. I would recommend an evaluation by a PRP provider.

PRP is a restorative regenerative treatment that improves the tissue it is injected into.  In the hair restoration field, it shows great improvement in healing post procedure and can also be used annually (depending on the method used) to reverse the aging process of follicles. 

I would try PRP as a standalone treatment without Acell for now.  You should see good results within 6 months.  I recommend 2 treatments 2 months apart.  Good luck!
