In BBL how many CCs per cheek? (photos)

Hi, i Am planning to get a BBL done and have consulted few doctors and i am confused, some are suggesting 300 cc is enough for me and others are saying 800-1000cc per check .Now here is a huge variation, so need suggestions, i am posting my pic, pls help. I am 5.4 in height, indian origin and 63 kg wight.i need a round full booty.I am looking for an hour glass figure and my breast size is 36c.

It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! Based on your pictures and description, you seem to be a good candidate for VASER Liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Your current Body Mass Index (BMI) estimate of 23.9 is between the ideal range for BBL surgery and recovery. Every patient is unique, and every BBL procedure is customized to fit every single patient’s needs and expectations. In total, surgeons may safely remove up to 4-5 liters of fat during VASER liposuction while carefully sculpturing the patient’s body to ensure optimal aesthetics. After the purification process, only 500cc to 1500cc of that fat will be injected into each buttock. Have in mind that the volume of fat that can be safely injected into the hips and buttocks varies from patient to patient, and it will depend on the patient's anatomy and cosmetic goals. Your plastic surgeon would need to evaluate you in person to assess your candidacy for BBL, and decide how much fat volume can be safely grafted to achieve optimal aesthetic results. Best regards! Hello, Thanks for sharing your query. There is no fixed amount of fat that needs to be put. with proper liposuction of back and flanks the buttocks automatically get more definition. The recent trend is towards more liposuction and less fat grafting. Also the amount of fat that can be injected depends on the tightness of skin and underlying muscle as excessive fat injection under pressure can reduce the fat take and cause necrosis. So fat volume is something which can be assessed only during surgery. Hope this helps.

Hello mam..  That's a good question u have asked. However the answer is not a definite number. The quantity of fat to be considered in BBL depends upon the amount of fat that can be harvested, amount the skin in the Buttocks can handle, the percentage of survival in the particular technique used and of course what the surgeon as well as the client thinks is the best result for them. In my experience, I find 600-650cc is more than enough in Indian circumstances, post liposuction in the surrounding areas. That gives amazing results even after years. Rest u have to discuss properly with the surgeon u are getting the procedure with.  Thank u.

Hello and thank you for your question!Depending on if you do lipo contouring or body sculpting before you add your fat will determine how much fat to add. If you do aggressive lipo and body contouring prior to fat addition, you will need to add less fat. The trend is going towards adding less, rather than more fat, and still getting the desired outcome.Good luck!

Good Morning and thank you for question. You are an excellent candidate for Brazilian butt lift and a vaser liposuction, the amount of fat that is injected is very variable and depends on the kind of projection patient wants and the shape that we want to give, in some patients 330ml and in others even 1500ml may be required so in order to get a classic Brazilian butt lift we normally recommend at least 800 to 1000 ml of fat.
