How manny CC’s should I go if I want the final results to be this size? I know I’ll have a lot of shrinkage after healing. On the left is a photo of me and my wish photo on the right

Thank you for your pictures and questions. There is no reliable or reasonable way to predict this. And you should not be setting your goals based on a CC number. It depends on the donor site availability, the technique for harvesting and processing the fat, and the purity of the injection. For example, placing 500 cc of non-processed and purified fat graft is not as useful as 250 cc of pure fat graft. So as you can see, there are several factors involved in this procedures and details matter. Please make sure you are seeing a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Best of luck!

The amount of fat transferred during a BBL depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires.  Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations.  
Buttock augmentation with fat grafting is one of our most popular procedures in Colombia, and from experience we can tell you that some patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more.  That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

It is hard to just pick the perfect number to get the result of you wish pic because there are so many variables. For example, quality of fat, survival of fat, technique of the surgeon, etc. Some doctors leave a large amount of liquid in the fat injected and therefore you will undergo more volume loss. I inject solid fat and I would estimate you need 550-700cc per side to get the look of your wish photo.

Thank you for sharing your question and your before and potential after photos.  You are correct in your concern that there will be a small degree of loss of volume in the weeks following the fat transfer.  In my patients, I always hope to achieve between 70-90% retention of the volume I have placed.  These numbers can vary due to the type of fat transfer system used by your surgeon, as well as how adherent you as a patient are to your surgeon's post operative instructions.  The key to maintaining volume is to place little to no pressure on the buttocks following surgery, I have my patients on a strict off-loading protocol for a minimum of 3 weeks.  In your case, I see that you have some lateral contour irregularities, and need central projection.  I would not shy away from placing anywhere between 500-750 cc per buttock, but it really is up to your surgeon's aesthetic eye to meet your goals while still on the operating table.
