Do fat burning injections affect BBL?

About a yr ago I got a bbl. 3 weeks ago I started a weight loss program which includes a lipoplex injection weekly. I have lost 10lbs. I see a difference in the size of my butt. Will these fat burners affect my butt size?

Dear leila777,you will likely see your weight gain in a uniform distribution after a fat transfer to the buttock (Brazilian buttock lift). The weight or fat that you gain after surgery will not necessarily all go to your buttock area. Similar to weight loss, It’s important to realize that weight loss will affect the entire body, but it may affect the buttock in a more pronounced manner.Daniel Barrett, MD

Any weight loss or fat loss after a BBL will lead to a decrease in size of your buttocks/hips. Remember all of our stubborn excess fat is liposuctioned out and moved to your butt. If you lose any weight (ie. fat) after the procedure, the butt will shrink.

While it is unknown if the lipoplex injections directly affect the fat transferred for your BBL, it is common that as a patient loses weight in general, the size of the buttocks will decrease as well.  Fat cells are thought to have "memory," meaning that although they are now in your buttocks, they still "think" they are in the other parts of your body where they were originally suctioned from.  Therefore, it is possible that as you lose weight overall, the fat transferred for your BBL can decrease in size somewhat.  This is a similar phenomenon women face when they gain and lose weight, and have fluctuation in their breast size.  Hope this was helpful.
