So basically I just performed my second fat grafting procedure as the first one was good and filed volume after subscision but the second session right after the procedure on returning home I found this pea sized bump, which I found unusual but thought would settle with swelling. But after 8 days it still exists. I already had a bunch of acne scars to top it off now I've gotten a pea sized bump making it look even more ugly. I really dont know how to treat it and really worried.
