I don’t think you have Perry Romberg syndrome.
All people have significant facial a symmetry. There are no people who have symmetrical faces. During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other, and eventually fuse in the midline. The entire body is highly asymmetrical as well. All your internal organs are placed asymmetrically. People are either right handed or left-handed.
Facial a symmetry is primarily based on skeletal structure and soft tissue coverage tends to be consistent.
Trying to correct facial a symmetry which is based on bone structure with soft tissue manipulation generally only creates two asymmetries.

Romberg's is an exceedingly rare condition an simple facial asymmetry is an exceedingly common condition. And it is almost 99% where the left side of the face is narrower than the right and therefore the tissues look looser and hang more because the bony platform is narrower. Nothing in your photos suggest Rombergs. Judicious fillers and an understanding of normal facial asymmetry is all you need.
