Could my nose be fractured even though the CT scan didn't show any?

Hello, i was punched in the nose about 8 weeks ago, i took a ct scan which showed no fracture whatsoever, however, i have noticed that the left side wall of my nose is swollen, not sure if this is permanent, or if there's in-fact some sort of fracture even though the ct-scan didn't show any? thanks,

Some women can retain fluid from pregnancy for many months afterwards. If you have an injectable filler procedure while you are still swollen from pregnancy, it could lead to a somewhat larger and swollen nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

After all the swelling is gone, when people see small pieces of cartilage that look irregular in the nasal tip, many times microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be helpful for permanently camouflaging these areas. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Waiting would be the best idea for now. Your tissue should be still swollen after dissolving the filler. You could visit a board certified plastic surgeon after a month if your nose tip is still swollen. Physical examination is needed.
