Heavy and asymmetrical eyelids - Is this Ptosis? How can I correct them? (photos)

It's been 5years that my right eyelid feels heavy and my eyes are asymmetrical. I'm super conscious about it and I could say without make up it's pretty obvious. I've also noticed that it gets worse when I drink alcohol, coffee, chocolate or even take pain killer. I don't know if that make any sense or at least I feel it looks worse. First of all, I'd like to know if this is Ptosis and can be corrected with surgery and if yes what kind of surgery is preferable?
