It's been 5years that my right eyelid feels heavy and my eyes are asymmetrical. I'm super conscious about it and I could say without make up it's pretty obvious. I've also noticed that it gets worse when I drink alcohol, coffee, chocolate or even take pain killer. I don't know if that make any sense or at least I feel it looks worse. First of all, I'd like to know if this is Ptosis and can be corrected with surgery and if yes what kind of surgery is preferable?

Eye asymmetry is complex and can be due to various reasons. You need more detailed evaluation to determine cause or causes and thereby appropriate treatment.
