I had a deep face and neck lift over 6 months ago and noticed from the beginning that I had excess fat under my neck and along my face. Now I still have the same thing and my neck was not overly bad to begin with. What can be done to correct this?

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to tell from pictures what is going on. It could be some immature scar tissue that is forming. The best thing to do is to return to the surgeon that performed the surgery for an in-person examination. Best of luck!

Deformity that you currently have may slightly improve within next 6 months; massage with jade roller may be good way to eliminate residual swelling and affect scar formation. It is very likely that you may need a revision once result is mature and deformity clearly defined (at least 1 year after surgery). Good luck.

It is difficult to say what is going on here - the central 'hollow' contour may be a result of excessive sub-platysmal fat resection. Your neck lift could be revised at any time - I doubt this contour will improve with more time.
