Crooked non symmetrical nostrils and nose after Septorhinoplasty. What can I do to fix? (photos)

Hello, and thank you for your question, You are right asymmetry is minimal and would not get noticed if it were not for those Zoom months!The upper L lateral cartilage seems to be a bit more convexe and the alae are a bt asymmetric as well, but nothing an open rhinoplasty can not address ( or a mask cover!)Keeping in mind that no face has a perfect symmetry, you can decide to proceed and seek correction or then hope Zoom stock "nose dives" and we forget we ever had to use it!
