I had a SR procedure done in 2020 to fix a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. I haven’t really noticed the crookedness until zoom calls were a thing and now it’s all I see. Can I even get this fixed? What should I do?

Most plastic surgeons will want the advice of a hematologist anyway. Personally I don't know enough about the problem or yours in particular to make a decision without consulting a hematologist. I don't know what other surgeons might advise.
You need to speak with the plastic surgeon and review those options with her if that alternative is okay for her then you're set. If not then you'll need to decide whether to use a different hematologist out of pocket
Hi, your nose seems proportional, although it has a little asymmetry. You have to compare to the before photos, and I bet you would see the same asymmetry (one nostril highter then the other...) The nostrils might be high and show more due to scarring. A rim graft can help in this case. I...
