I'm guessing lip filler, a rhinoplasty, fox eye lift, face lift, and jaw slimming liposuction+chin shaving (Please don't try to change my mind, I like the way it looks and just want it to be like that) (just give me tips and advice what procedures I need to get that look, I'm 18 female and saving up money for that)

Hi! This is Arzu from Dr Caner Kacmaz Clinic. first of all you are too young for a face lift. You would need rhinoplasty, lip lift and filler and almond eye surgery.  İnstead of chin shaving; jawline and chin fillers would give a much better result.

It's hard to tell based on these photos alone because we can't see the other views of your face. However, for your eyes, this would be a canthoplasty to give you more of that positive tilt, lip filler, possibly chin filler. I don't really see any need for a face lift at all based on these photos. Rhino looks fairly subtle too and again is hard to tell without looking at other angles of your face. Artfully placed filler can accomplish much of what you are looking for with the mid and lower face contouring.

I would recommend a rhinoplasty and a lip lift. This would take about 3 hours to perform under general anesthesia, is an out patient surgery and the cost is $10,000. I do not believe any surgeon would do a facelift on you at your age.

You would need rhinoplasty, an eyelift, chin and jaw shaving, and not a facelift, but something to tighten the skin.  Perhaps necktite/facetite.  Take your time before deciding to move forward and make sure you are confident in what you want to do.
