I had a rhinoplasty from an amazing surgeon! From the difficulty of my case, I understand that surgeons are not magicians and unfortunately genetics really werent on my side with my nose. I had a complication with cartilage placement as my skin was too thin where those indents were so it kept falling out. Would I have to consider a revision or filler in those indents? What are your opinions? Also, I know my alars are large. I don't want to compromise safety for aesthetics.
