was heavier in high school (lost about 35-40 lbs.) stretch marks on my butt, thighs, and breasts are a big problem. Especially my areolas have stretched & theres little breast tissue. Both breasts are basically one, big stretch mark! What should I do!!! Really don't want implants, but could consider them. Want to have children someday. not sure if the complications are worth. don't want toLook fake or Have to keep going to replace implants. Can I simply get a areola reduction and a breast lift?

Answer: Breast Augmentation using Fat Grafting If you ask 10 plastic surgeons you'll get 10 different answers. Simplest answer is to do a breast augmentation to fill out the skin. If you don't like the size of your areolas and don't mind scars, we can do a lift with either a small implant or fat grafting. Fat grafting will give you one cup larger and you will need enough fat to harvest. Best Regards,

Answer: Deflated A cup Hopefully the weight trade off is worth it all.Best option would be implants, possibly combined with a lift. It does not look like you have enough fat to consider fat grafting which is an alternative for enlargement in patients who do not want implants.I would be cautious about a lift alone. My concern is not having enough breast tissue to fashion a nice breast contour by the end of surgery. I would suggest a consultation with a plastic surgeon to have an examination and then a review of all the options.Best wishes.
