I had TT with lipo front and back flanks. I'm concerned with the deep look of the pleats and the Frankenstein looking stitching around my waist. Also, do you think my scar will look normal and thin once I'm completely healed and will the pleats flatten and smooth out. Do you think my stomach and waist will look normal again because I look worse than I looked before TT and lipo. I would also like to know if my amount swelling is normal 12 days out and is it normal that I still can't stand upright.

Hello, thank you for your question and the pics. You are definitely a tummy tuck candidate, and as you well put it, only a tummy tuck will get you your abdomen back. First off no mesh is required for a tummy tuck, and the umbilical hernia seen protruding in the pictures will be repaired as well...
I am surprised that you prevented a doctor's nurse from doing what they do in their practice, the same practice you chose to do your surgery, and let the internet tell you what to do. Aren't you a little surprised at this too??
